A big thankyou to all the riders, spectators and particularly the helpers who turned out on a bright but cool and breezy evening at Fowlmead for the TRC Good Friday 2up club team time trial.
Who says cycling has started to decline?
Not the 60 riders who turned up for our event this evening – the warm up for our open event on Easter Monday.
(Its now too late to enter Monday’s event but why not come along and watch one of the most popular time trials of the season – Manston 08.30).
Anyway, back to tonight:
Fastest TRC team was father and son Colin & Ollie Robinson 24.22
Fastest TRC junior team was David Redmond and Toby Anderton 27.38
The fastest team overall was Thornton RC duo of Adam Eastwood and Westley Law 22:32
They just managed to pip solo rider Adrian Lyons by 2 seconds
