A couple request from Colin.
1- We have a number of new members and young members that are new to cycling and wondering if our members could help them. I am asking if anyone has any items of cycling equipment they may be willing to donate. – cycling clothes
– components
-wheels/tyres
– frames/bikes
-Turbos / rollers
Basically anything that is still usable and may be hidden at the back of your garage. Bring along to the AGM or the social meeting next week.
2-British Cycling desperately need more commissaries for the region and this may mean in 2015 events may be cancelled as there is not enough. Anyone interested in a road commissaries course (1 day course free of charge) in a Feb 2015 contact colin and he will forward your details onto Eric Lejeune of British Cycling.
