There was an excellent turnout of first and second claim members for the De Laune CC Fred Peachey Memorial 25 mile time trial on the A20 Harrietsham course. It was a bright but chilly morning with a north easterly breeze, making the choice of how much kit to wear a bit of a lottery.
The club’s rider were in amongst the prizes, with Ollie Robinson and Dan Martin first and second respectively in the junior/juvenile category. Simon Henderson was fifth fastest overall, and Colin Robinson won one of the spot prizes too. Finally, second claim member Jon Parker was fastest overall.
