AGM
This will take place at Manston Village hall on 14th November from 7.30pm.
Please note change from usual venue.
If anyone is interested in taking over as Secretary, please contact me for details of the role.
Please also send nominations for the Dave Saffery Award (awarded for services to the club) to me before the date of the AGM. Each nomination must have a proposer and seconder, and the award will be voted on at the AGM by members present.
TRC Turbo training
Turbo training sessions every Thursday at 18.00 – 19.30
Location is Ursuline College sports hall in Westgate.

We are not professional coaches and are just offering our advice and encouragement at the session.
Here is what to bring and what to expect:
Bring:
Your turbo trainer and your bike
Make sure you have tried and tested it before you come ( help keep the hall tidy – clean bikes please!)
Something to put under your turbo to stop it slipping across the floor (rubber mat)
Heart rate monitor
A drink
Your enthusiasm
Towel
Something warm to wear home
