What a difference a week makes – 12°C the same as last week but today we had persistent drizzle and a stiff SW breeze – where has the sun gone?

For the second week in a row we were on the Q25/8 Molash- Canterbury- Ashford- Chilham course.

It was a good turn out from TRC with a smattering of personal bests and some faster than last week despite the conditions

The roads were wet but with a descent tail wind to Thannington where we had to deal with a large diesel spillage from yesterday on the RAB.

Many riders were commenting on the leg back to Ashford that was really tough into the 18mph SW breeze – however we then ‘flew’ back to the Chilham fork

It was good to see Tony Arnold helping out with the TRC quota of KCA marshalling duties on the A28 – thanks Tony.
