The club’s annual Boxing Day 10 mile time trial on the Thanet Way course attracted a field of 6 riders, including new member Jamie Locke. Conditions were bright but cold with a stiff westerly breeze.
Only 4 of the riders completed the course, with Jamie going off course and Andy Burrows pulling out before the finish due to not feeling well. First rider home and top of the times was Paul Burrows with 23.50, while junior Dougie Tulett came second with a very creditable 24.33.
