The club was well represented at the VTTA 30 mile time trial, ably promoted by Tom Morton. It was held on the Hamstreet by-pass between Ashford and Brookland. Conditions were mild and dry but with a stiff westerly breeze, leading to a head/cross wind on the leg heading south from Ashford. Nic Fennell was the fastest club rider, and was 2nd fastest overall and fastest of the non-vets, beating Simon Henderson by just 3 seconds. Simon was 3rd fastest overall, and Huck Garip was 4th fastest overall. Fastest ride of the day was by Nick Wilson of Rye Wheelers with 1.07.00.
